1. Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs:

• We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Shipping rates are provided later after receipt of order based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
• Make  sure that you make payment of shipping before your order gets shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping:

• We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

4. International Shipping:

• Currently we are not offering international shipping.

• While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs issues.

8. Free Shipping:

• Free shipping offers may be available for orders above a £3000. 

9. Missing or Damaged Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If you suspect a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly.
